About the Course

Every day we come across different people in different situations and we behave accordingly. We develop a positive attitude on a few, and prejudice on others. We also perceive few scenarios as positive and few as negative. Our aggression levels can also surprise us sometimes, leading to irreparable damage.

But why do we behave in the way we do?

This course offers you an understanding of these interpersonal phenomena such as your attitude formation, the causes for prejudice and aggression and the ways to handle them.

The course also explains the intrapersonal phenomena relating to attraction and close relationships, changing others’ behaviour, offering help to others, and finally applying these principles in your day to day life.
