About the Course

“Human resources are the greatest investment for any organization: if they can’t work fine, the organization is constantly wasting money and losing grasp on the market: like a broken pipe that wastes water. Recognize the risks, discover the causes and learn the remedies for a full performing and successful organization”

USA and Europe have a great tradition about the management of human resources. Although with different approaches, both nations have understood that taking care of people gives to any organization such great added value that leads to be competitive and successful in business; while not doing that may bring to failure or constant economic wastes that may prevent even the richest businessman from achieving success; or public agencies to be criticized by electors for inefficiency, with very bad political drawbacks.

This course, then, teaches to identify, prevent and fix the main job-related psycho-social risks that may also occur in personal life, as mobbing, job-related stress, burn-out, stalking and bullying, together with an esteem of the costs that the organization suffers when the risk becomes a concrete treat!
