About the Course

It is only human to feel anxious, and to some extent anxiety is good because it helps us stay afloat, away from danger and stops us from taking foolhardy risks. But once it crosses limits and exceeds, then it becomes a problem too difficult to handle. It transforms us into a worrying and thinking machine; Making us wanting to be prepared all the time, getting us into the vicious cycle of “what ifs”.

Most of us have experienced extreme anxiety sometime in our lives. We have experienced overwhelming unrealistic fears or worries, panic attacks, phobias or obsessive compulsive behaviors.

But anxiety is not all that overwhelming and all-powerful. It can be controlled and managed well; if you know how. This course helps you learn all about anxiety, the various forms of anxiety and how to overcome Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
