Month 3:                                             Impulse, Somatoform, Sleep, Sexual and Gender Identity Disorders

Month 4:                                             Eating, Adjustment, Factitious, Delirium, Dementia and Cognitive Disorders

Month 5:                                             Substance related and other psychological disorders
